Rise again
Rise Again Support Line is a non-clinical emotional support service for adults who want a safe, supportive space to talk. Sometimes you need someone to listen without judgment, help you sort through what’s on your mind, or simply give you room to say what you’ve been carrying. That’s what we’re here for.
You can talk about many of the things life brings with it, including stress, relationships, family concerns, work or life changes, loneliness, grief and loss, difficult decisions, feeling emotionally drained, personal challenges, or simply having a rough day. You don’t need to have the perfect words or even know exactly what’s wrong.
Your session is a private one-on-one phone conversation focused on what’s on your mind. You can talk while we listen, ask for encouragement, sort through your thoughts, or simply have space to express what you’re feeling. There is no formal therapy process and no pressure to share anything you don’t want to discuss.
Rise Again is primarily a space for listening, support, reflection, and encouragement rather than telling you what decisions to make. When helpful, we may ask questions that help you think through what you’re experiencing or consider possible next steps. You remain in control of your choices and decisions.
Rise Again respects the privacy of the people who use our services. We maintain only limited information needed to operate the service, which may include your contact information, a brief overview of the discussion, and documentation of safety concerns when applicable. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete information.
No. Rise Again Support Line is not a crisis hotline or emergency service and does not provide emergency or crisis intervention. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services. If you are experiencing a suicide or mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
