Rise Again Support Line provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults who want to talk, feel heard, and receive compassionate emotional support.

​

Age Requirement

​

Rise Again Support Line services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

​

Non-Clinical Support

​

Rise Again Support Line is a non-clinical emotional support service.

​

Services provided by Rise Again are not psychotherapy, professional counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment. Rise Again services should not be used as a substitute for care or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

Crisis & Emergency Situations

​

Rise Again Support Line is not a crisis hotline or emergency service and does not provide emergency or crisis intervention.

​

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or believe you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services.

​

If you are experiencing a mental health or suicide-related crisis in the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

​

If concerns arise during a Rise Again session that are beyond the scope of non-clinical emotional support, the session may be paused or ended, and you may be encouraged to contact an appropriate crisis, healthcare, mental health, or community resource.

Session Privacy & Recording

​

Rise Again does not audio- or video-record support sessions.

​

Clients may not record, reproduce, livestream, or distribute a Rise Again session without prior written permission.

​

Rise Again may maintain limited information related to your services, including your name, contact information, a brief overview of the discussion, and documentation of safety concerns when applicable. Information is maintained in accordance with Rise Again's Privacy Policy.

Booking Communications

​

After booking a session, you may receive email communications related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, service information, and other communications necessary to provide your session.

Your Participation

​

By booking and participating in a Rise Again Support Line session, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You understand that Rise Again provides non-clinical emotional support.

• You understand that Rise Again is not a crisis or emergency service.

• You understand the limitations and scope of the services being provided.

• You agree to seek appropriate professional, medical, mental health, crisis, or emergency assistance when your needs extend beyond the scope of Rise Again Support Line.

Before completing a booking, clients are required to acknowledge and agree to the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy, and Support Service Disclaimer.
