45 min — Room to Talk · $45

More time to unpack what's on your mind, feel heard, and sort through your thoughts.

60 min — Rise Again Session · $55

An unhurried conversation when you need more space, support, reflection, and connection.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Life happens and sometimes plans need to change. Rise Again Support Line asks that you provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost when at least 12 hours' notice is provided. Your new session will be based on available appointment times.

Cancellations

Sessions canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled.

Late Cancellations

Sessions canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. When circumstances are truly unexpected, Rise Again may make an exception at its discretion.

Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted Rise Again beforehand, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The full session fee will still apply.

If Rise Again Needs to Cancel

If Rise Again Support Line must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule your session or receive a full refund.

A Gentle Reminder

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. These guidelines help Rise Again maintain reliable availability while still recognizing that unexpected situations can happen.
